COURSE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Upon enrollment, students receive a limited license to access course materials.
License Grant
EMPIRENEURS DeFi LLC grants users a:
- Limited
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Revocable
license to access purchased course content.
License Restrictions
Users may not:
- Share login credentials
- Record lessons without permission
- Resell course access
- Republish content
- Upload materials to public websites
- Create competing courses using Company materials
Ownership
All course content remains the sole property of EMPIRENEURS DeFi LLC.
Enrollment does not transfer ownership rights.
Institutional Licensing
Schools, organizations, and workforce agencies may not distribute course materials beyond the scope of their written licensing agreement.
Violations
Violations may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Legal action
- Financial damages
Survival
Intellectual property protections survive termination of course access.
REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
EMPIRENEURS DeFi LLC strives to provide valuable educational experiences.
Digital Courses
Because digital content becomes immediately accessible upon enrollment:
Individual Purchases
Refund requests must be submitted within:
7 calendar days of purchase
AND
Student must have completed less than 20% of the course.
Refunds will not be issued after either threshold is exceeded.
Live Workshops and Cohorts
Refund requests received:
More Than 14 Days Before Start Date
100% refund
7–13 Days Before Start Date
50% refund
Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date
No refund
School and Organizational Licenses
Institutional licenses are governed by separate contracts.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are non-refundable
- Annual licenses remain active through the contracted term
Exceptional Circumstances
EMPIRENEURS DeFi LLC reserves the right to consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
